MK 3000 entry per team
Teams will consist of a maximum of 3 and minimum of 2 members.
Teams will be responsible for:
Pots, all ingredients, cooking utensils, gazebo, charcoal/wood etc.
Everything must be prepared on site. Nothing may be prepared prior to the day of the competition.
Each team must have a theme and you will be judged on your appearance based on your theme.
Each team will be responsible to prepare rice, pap, salad or whatever accompaniment for their potjie. Your serving must be a complete meal prepared by your team.
The organizers will provide:
Water and braai area.
Judging is based on:
Will be based on your theme, meal presentation, taste and originality.
Starting time is anytime from 07:00am.
Final product must be finished at 12:00 sharp.
